Liz’s 5-Step Chicken Nuggets

 I love chicken nuggets so much. I actually scored 11/12 on this Buzzfeed quiz, how sad/awesome is that? However, despite my love for chicken nuggets, they are fried and therefore not the healthiest so I had to figure out something else, baked chicken nuggets that ALMOST taste as good as Chick Fil A’s, I swear this is not a trick. Even better, they are SO EASY to make.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

step one:

Cut chicken into small pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper

step two:

Mix one egg with water (egg wash) and dump a pile of Panko bread crumbs onto a flat surface

step three:

Immerse each piece of chicken in the egg wash and then roll the chicken in the Panko crumbs

step four:

Line a cooking sheet with non-stick aluminum foil and place the chicken nuggets in rows

step five:

Cook on 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the top of the nuggets are brown

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

They are so delicious!
